Job Relatedness Form If you are an employee enrolling in a Graduate Class and the class will assist you in the performance of your job, you may complete this form. Completing of this form may reduce potential tax liability for classes exceeding $5,250 in a calendar year.
Section 127 Plan: Please read this important information regarding graduate tuition as a taxable benefit.
Waive Student Health Insurance: If you are taking 6 credits or more graduate classes, you may be charged for student health insurance. Click here to learn how to waive this insurance.
